Meet the Providers at Lifecare Primary Medicine Associates PLLC. Full-service Primary Care Internal Medicine practice that specializes in the management and treatment of Adult Medicine. Dr Samira treats men and women over age 18 and provides women’s health services. She also assists men and women in the management of chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.

Samira Khan, MD
Board Certification: American Board of Internal Medicine
Education: Dr. Samira received her medical degree from Dow Medical College, Karachi. Before coming to the United States, she completed her Internship and was a fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan and was working in a teaching hospital in Karachi. Dr. Samira completed her residency in Internal Medicine from St. Mary’s Medical Center, Long Beach, California, and Mountain View Hospital, Las Vegas Nevada. Dr. Samira also works as a hospitalist at Memorial Hermann, Katy. Dr. Samira is board-certified in Internal Medicine and also an active member of the American Medical Association AMA and American College of Physician ACP.
Clinical interest: Dr. Samira provides primary/preventive care for adults and has a special interest in women’s health, geriatric care lifestyle, and weight management.
Personal interest: Dr. Samira enjoys reading literature and poetry and traveling outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
Practice philosophy: Dr. Samira’s major interest is in preventive care. She likes to work with patients to help them achieve their health-related goals. Her idea is to provide not only medical care but also support them to make their life healthy and happy.

Tanveer Khan, MPAS, PA-C
Tanveer Khan, MPAS, PA-C graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Grand Forks ND (UND) and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (TMB). Mr Khan is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Mr. Khan is a Physician Assistant with extensive experience in a wide variety of family Medicine. He does minor office procedures including ultrasound-guided injections. He is dedicated to treating patients on one to one basis and focuses on quality care.
Mr. Khan is involved in hospital activities and manages patients on both floor and ICU under the supervision of the Physician. He prescribes treatment for patients, collaborates with physicians, social workers, nurses, and other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.
Mr. Khan is also working at Inquest Clinical Research and runs multiple clinical trials.

Sadaf Siddiqui, MPAS, PA-C
Sadaf Siddiqui, MPAS, PA-C graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch and is certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and Licensed by Texas Medical Board (TMB). Ms. Siddiqui is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistant (AAPA), Texas Academy of Physician Assistant (TAPA), Interprofessional Education (IPE) scholars and Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Texas East Scholar.
Ms. Siddiqui carries 7 years of experience as hospitalist with focus in internal medicine and cardiology and as clinician in primary care, urgent care, women health and geriatrics. Continues to work with internal medicine consult team for geriatrics and mental health population. A passionate educator and life-long learner. Practices team-based approach by actively engaging patients in their health care, while striving to meet patient needs and preferences. Competent and comfortable with OPD procedures in family medicine, urgent care and orthopedics
Ms. Siddiqui loves to voraciously read, volunteer in non- profit community projects such as STEM programs, health fairs and preventive medicine health education out-reach programs. An out-doors loving mom on the go of 2 active boy scouts. Believes in healthy minds. bodies and bonds as a recipe for best life quality.
Nurse Practitioner
Nettah Ndungu, FNP-C
Nettah is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who joined our practice in November 2020. She began her nursing career at Memorial Hermann-TMC in 2008 and received her Masters degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care. She treats every individual as a member of the family and has an extensive background in internal medicine, oncology, gastroenterology, among others. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and children. She looks forward to collaboratively working with her patients to improve their quality of life.
Rose Nduti, MSN, FNP-C
Rose is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined our practice in February 2023. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She continued to University of Texas at Arlington to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner.
She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Rose has over 10 years nursing experience as a nurse in medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units. Her experience shaped her practice to work with families. She focuses on communication ensuring patients are involved in their treatment plan.
Her goal is to guide and educate patients on their healthy journey with personalized care. She is passionate about providing compassionate care to patients.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
